Meet Kimberly Schmidt

As a residential sales associate with Prudential California Realty's San Diego Central office, Kimberly Schmidt works with buyers and sellers alike, helping people throughout the county realize their real estate goals. In addition to earning the Rookie of the Year award her first year in the business, she has earned the distinguished Certified Buyer's Representative designation, as well as her e-Certified designation. She notes, "Making the most of technology allows me more time to do what I enjoy most, which is help my clients."

Perhaps just as important as Kimberly's education and experience are her extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills. Kimberly focuses on clear and consistent communication with all of her clients, and genuinely enjoys interacting with others. "Often people need to talk awhile to discover what it is exactly they're looking for," she notes. "Understandably, to be able to best serve my clients, I must do one key thing, and that is to listen to them and their needs."

When she's not busy working, Kimberly enjoys running, reading, ice skating, and spending time with her husband, their two cats, and their foxhound, Bella.
